the tulsi trustWelcome!
The Tulsi Trust is a registered charity working with Bengali resettled refugees and the indigenous Adivasi tribes of the interior area of former Madhya Pradesh, now Chhattisgarh, India. The main objective of our work is to help empower the local people to alleviate their poverty. For this aim, we are providing accessible basic healthcare, as well as education to all the villagers. We work closely with the local people, creating opportunities for them to not only learn for themselves, but also to integrate new knowledge into their ancient vibrant cultures and creating lasting benefits for their own and the lives of their families and neighbours. Please refer to our about section on the left hand side of this page for more information about our work, as well as detailed description of our health and education projects. The Tulsi Trust relies solely on donations to fund all their work, but there are many different ways that you can support us. Please find out how by clicking "How you can help" on the left. Please consider signing up for email updates below, or connect with us on facebook, twitter, or youtube. |
